The standard lineup of glass tops from Curvet consists of flat polished edgework, however if you are creating a custom glass top in 12mm(1/2") or 19mm(3/4") thicknesses you have the option to choose between flat polished and pencil polished edgework. Note that 24mm (1") tops are only available with flat polished edgework. Also you will want to choose the corner type if you are creating custom sized squares, rectangles or polygons.

The detail above illustrates flat polished edges. Note that flat polished edges have a tiny bevel on the top and bottom of the glass to eliminate sharpness.
